I went in for an oil change. A couple days after my visit, a spark plug and and injector coil popped out of the engine while I was driving down the road. I went to another mechanic whoo said it was caused by the spark plug not being tightened. I didn't have my plugs changed, but I suspect the tech pulled that plug to swab a valve to show me how dirty my engine is. My car has over 130,000 miles. Of course the engine is dirty! That injector coil was bolted down. Either it broke the mount when it blew out or the tech broke it pulling that plug. Either way, I doubt I will be returning. Which is a shame because the service center was one of the main reasons I joined AAA.
