Hello Terry & James, I would like to think I am a valued customer after coming to Scott for the last 10+ years. I was disappointed to find that my future appointments were not scheduled as promised on my prior appointment. The quality of your front desk has been going down hill for the last several months. You need more people like Jenny & Samantha. They are true diamonds. They make you feel like you are a valued customer and not just a "number". I adore Scott and Beth and have voiced my dis-satisfaction. Scott has accomodated my schedule (at the expense of his) so I would not take my business elsewhere. Yes, I am that upset with your Front Desk employees. Bring back the ones that care and know what they are doing. Is your business so successful that you can dismiss those that have been loyal to you (your customers and your employees)? I love your Salon but felt compelled to let you know that some of your changes may not really be beneficial to you and certainly are not to your customers. Sincerely, Brenda Creech
