I bought a new set of tires and a week later, I got a flat. Not only did they cover the replacement tire, the mounted and balanced it for free! Heck, I did not even know the tire they sold me had a warranty. I am sure they told me at the time but nonetheless, this was a welcome surprise. This is the reason I bring all my work to these guys and have been doing so for over 20 years. I literally trust them with my life and they have never let me down. It is why I did not go to one of those discount tire places, when you factor in the true cost, they are competitive and when you add in their service and dedication to customer service, well it isn't even close!
