I have been here twice and had various services done however I believe it is below average for a day spa. Since there is not anywhere else to go in rocky mount that I like better I guess I will still go here or wait and take a trip to Winston Salem. I called saturday to ask a question and the person who answered was a little rude. I guess they were busy however that was no reason to be rude. Maybe they need more people to man the phones.
