The gentleman from Giant Monkey Movers who unloaded the pod provided really good service, but the gentleman who loaded the pod did quite a bit of damage to the furniture, which is why I gave them a 3 for service. They both were very, very courteous, and otherwise very good. The loading part went very quickly, and they got it in very fast, so there were no problems.
