They act nice-nice but you can do much better. Had a homeowners policy for 2 years. We never filed an insurance claim for ANYTHING, EVER. They JACKED the premium in the second year and then tried to again in the third year. We switched to Andover Insurance with an agent in Concord and they saved us 44 PERCENT! NATIONWIDE is a rip-off.
