The service from Apollo spa's was horrible. We bought a house with a hot tub already here and had them come check it out to make sure everything was in good condition. We had to wait 3 weeks for them to send out a service tech. I filled the hot tub up before they came and everything was fine. Now after they checked it out, it leaks, needs a new pump and I had to pay $200.00 for them to tell me? Now i have to pay another 800.00 for a new pump which was supposed to be installed the next day. 2 weeks later I called to find out why I haven't heard anything, I was told the wrong part came in and I would have to wait another week before a tech could come out to replace the new part. One week later I called again and they have the right part, but it now costs $250.00 more than I was quoted weeks ago. Inflation maybe? Overcharging, more likely!
