I am sorry that I choose this office to have my surgery. The sales man is a SALES MAN. He told me that "After the surgery you go home , take a 4 hour nap-, and you can go outo eat and read the menu without glasses. It is going on my 5th month and I still cant see very well. There was an issue with my eyes and I could not get the "Lasik HD" in both eyes that I had to pay for first to the tune of over $3000. Jeff told me that I will get a refund check for the $250. difference between the standard Lasik and the HD Lasik. Two weeks later he told me it will take 6 to 8 weeks to get the check. It is now almost 11 weeks later, Jeff will not talk to me or return my phone calls. I called the accounting department, and they told me that they are not sure how much is going to be credited to the financing and they will not cut me a live check after Jeff told me that they can not credit my account. Jeff does not seem to have any idea how anything works after he sells you the eye surgery. I am going
