I stopped by here with my sister to negotiate a deal on a 2010 sonata. We met with David Givens who started out pleasant till I mentioned that we had a competitive offer from another dealership in VA and needed to see if they could match it -- thats when his whole attitude changed. He proceeded to make all kinds of snide remarks from -- "you have lost your mind" to "what are you doing here...you should be in VA taking the deal". I decided to ignore the remarks and take the car for a test drive. \r

After the test drive, the snide remarks from David continued -- this time he told me that I was "greedy" for requesting competitive pricing. But I held my ground and told him we had a specific monthly payment in mind and needed to be at certain price point and interest rate for that to happen so I insisted that he needed to let me know how close they could get to said price point that way we dont waste anyones time in lengthy finance discussions....and that is when David lost it.
