Chris was great to deal with and the overall experience was worth repeating. I appreciated their no pressure discussions and willingness to give us time to work out what worked best for us. What impressed me the most was the team atmosphere that the sales floor demonstrated. Chris was not available at one of our meetings due to a very important family engagement. He not only let us know that he could not be there while understanding how far we traveled to meet with them; but also ensured that we dealt with another member of the team that we felt comfortable with. It was apparent that both members had spent time sharing information on our request. I appreciate that our business was important enough to be handled by all members of the dealership and not just the one person that we had talked to before.
