We were putting off replacing our carpets for about five years! Then we started getting serious about it. One of the reasons why we didn't do it was that we feared we would be jerked around and that nobody would explain things to us. We thought that when they were working on our whole house, there would be days and days of disruption, which would be overwhelming. Finally, we just decided we had to do it. It was so easy I can't even express it!!
Going through the whole process from the very beginning to running into our first customer rep Pete, it was so easy and the quality of the work done by AJ Rose Carpets and Flooring was amazing.
