When on Saturday evening I discovered raw sewage backing up into my basement, I panicked. I called Roto-Rooter and Joe responded to my call. He worked until 2am and was still unable to resolve the issue. The next morning DJ and Richard showed up because they had to dig up the pipe outside of my house. They worked for several hours. And lastly, Peter arrived with the water jet and camera to eventually resolve the issue. These men worked very long and hard to resolve the problem - but they also did it pleasantly, and were conscious of the impact this was having on my household. It turned out to be a very expensive repair but I was really grateful for the excellent service and care I received in handling my crisis. Thanks!!!
