It was a waste of money and time. I consulted a dermatologist who said that Sona probably did not have the laser set right since I did not feel anything during the first 3 treatments for laser hair removal. He said that I would have been able to feel something but I didn't. Then when I went for the last treatment, the lady before that said that she would have it arranged so that a nurse would evaluate me that day BUT nobody showed up to do that and it wasn't mentioned by the lady that did the treatment. The one that said she would set it up was conveniently on vacation. As a customer and a RN, I would not recommend your company to anyone.
