I've used Accent for 3 different trips now and so far have been pretty pleased. They've been early every time when picking me up from my house.
The pickups from the airport are also fairly smooth. I've never had to wait more than 10mins at the airport.
The drivers are very courteous and helpful. They are engaging but not nosy going into personal life.
I love that Accent will send you emails of your scheduled trip and also the receipt....makes doing expense reports easier for me.
