No one seems to be watching the employees, they do crappy work and no one checks it, they bring their kids to work and let them scream while you wait. They leave cars wet, water spots all over, dirt on steering wheel. There are scratches on my car and they say oh they were already there.
Every time I go there someone is complaining they paid for wax and didn't get it. I have gone there with my husband for 10 years but lately the service is bad and the employees are not supervised, I don't see how they can stay in business.
