My husband and I used internet searches to find a couple of vehicles to check out, then we used the AutoPark website to email with a customer representative and set up a time for a test drive. We were both impressed by the prompt reply to email questions and the personable service provided on the lot. Just after the sale, we found out that we needed a new battery for the car - Daniel was quick to help schedule a service appointment to fix that. And both Mohammed and Daniel met us to make sure the service appointment went well and we were both satisfied. Our interactions with the sales team and service team were professional and helpful.
