I was very disappointed with their customer service. I purchased 2 chemical peel certificates. When I tried to schedule appointment 3 times I was put on hold for over twenty minutes. Once I finally got a person I was told they would not honor them, because of availability. I asked for a different service since I had already purchased the certificates and again was told no, that they would not honor them. The customer service I received was terrible and I would definitely not recommend anyone to support this business.
