This being the only health food store in Kew Gardens, it definitely makes the neighborhood closer together and united to become healthier. The members of the staff have each individually taught me something here. From the nutritionist Jack who is a encyclopedia of knowledge, to chefs Nathalie and Taffy who can give you a taste of their healthy yet wonderfully delicious recipes, and help you answer questions about a recipe you have in mind. The soups here are made from scratch and that is very hard to find in this neighborhood and the fact that they are organic and freshly made everyday, makes it worth every bite.And the muffins are always fresh because they keep selling out. I keep trying to get them right when they come out of the oven. I haven't had something here i didn't like, and that because the owners know what they are doing. I am always getting new samples to try every time i come into the shop, and end up buying so many new and enticing products. This store has become my number one go to and has made me a healthier foodie.
