I gotta call CACA on this one. It's one of those places where you put up with a whole lotta caca cuz the grub tastes better than the last place you wasted money on. Ultimately this is a classic mom and pop that gives the ol' screw job to the locals.
Problems:
prices not posted, top secret Pentagon stuff
make it up as they go,
insane grand totals,
no receipts,
lukewarm cashiers,
self-serve, minimal service provided,
not Kneaders yet prices are huge like Kneaders?
Bottomline: Doesn't add up for me.
