I lived at Orenco Gardens for 1 year, and NEVER AGAIN. The apartment was turned to me with most of the ""features"" either broken or in dire need of repair. It was filthy and I had to clean it myself. Also new carpet was installed, and installed like total s**t. My guest and I stepped on more nails then I ever have in my LIFE. The electrics in the walls are terrible, so if you want your Television exploaded, vacuum blown out, or anything electrical rendered useless go ahead and take a chance on this s**thole. The apartments are not properly insulated and the buildings are settling so good luck staying cool in the summer, or warm in the winter. Also the max track should be a nice feature right? Only if you like drunks yelling at night, kids throwing rocks at your car, and want-to-be gansters yelling at you from the station. Not to mention car space? If you pay for a spot be prepared for them to give the spot away to a new tenant, park in a stall barely big enough for a 4 door sedan, not be able to get out of the car because they put the supports right where the doors are, and under a dented cover that could fall at any moment.
If I could say anything good about Orenco Gardens I would, but fortunately I can save other people from paying too much for a place that should be demolished! If I could say I received good customer service, let's just say I left the place spotless and clean yet I am not getting my deposit back. They are CROOKS! DO NOT LIVE HERE!
