I can't believe we took our daughter here. this place is absolutely awful.
Basically they rope you in with a totally bogus video, promising that your kid will be able to swim (or at least be safe) in the water in the first series of lessons.
however, after the first series, there is no way I would let my daughter near the water. she hadn't improved at all. so they gave us a discount to continue with another series of lessons.
midway through the second series of lessons, I finally realized we were being scammed.
Sarah is completely rude, crazy, mean, and scary to small children. Her little minion, pam, is nice but in a totally fake sort of way.
The facilities are gross, dirty and dingy. frankly, I'm embarrassed that I got suckered into this.
MIke, is one of the instructors, and he is actually pretty good and a nice guy. but he's always booked up.
I can go on and on about this place, but I'll keep it to - BUYER BEWARE.
