New chair broke after about 1 month of use. Returned it to the store and they said that if I left it they would have it repaired. After 6 weeks went back to the store and they had made no attempt to fix the chair. They said that they were having trouble with the manufacture and said that I would have to get fixed myself. No offer to reimburse, no nothing.
