we had our hardwood floors refinished.The work was mediocre, the owner Joseph was rude and obnoxious.His employees were disgruntled ,his machinery was defective.When we questioned his work he screamed at us and became aggressive and threatening.We would not reccomend him to anyone.This owner knows nothing about customer service.
