This company is a complete and total scam. I wish I could give them 0 stars, because that is what they deserve! They have been out to my house on three separate occasions to attempt to fix my freezer. Each time they did not show up for their scheduled appointment time, with a myriad of excuses as to why they could not be there . When they finally did show up (sometimes a day later than promised), they were unsuccessful in their attempts to repair my appliance. They thought they knew what it was, but then that repair caused something else to break. Then they came back to fix that, but they had brought the wrong part. Finally, they came back again and we thought it was fixed. I cannot even believe they think they fixed it! The freezer was warmer than the fridge! I called again and they tried to convince me to give it awhile and it would start working again. Nope! I finally called this morning and asked for a refund. They want one more try to come out and fix it. Do they think I am crazy?!?!? The man has now been rude to myself and my husband, and has hung up the phone on both of us. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We are probably going to have to take them to small claims court to attempt to get our money back. I am so sorry I ever called this company. Not only am I now probably out $230, but this experience has also caused stress for my entire family.
