I hate to even give 3 Day Blinds one star! The service of installation and follow-up was awful. I will never use them again. Ten minutes after they left installing my daughters blinds, they broke. I called the installer on his cell phone. He did not answer. I called 2 more times and no answer and no response to my message. I then had to deal with customer service. That was another long ordeal in-of-itself. The fact that you don't deal with your local store or even a local appointment center is difficult. They never processed my order of repair for 2 weeks. I could go on and on. The point is, I am still waiting for the installer to replace my blind. They sent it in the mail with no follow-up, note or phone call for install. I beg you... take your business somewhere else. Its the only way to get a message for this type of service. I tried the regular channels of communication, and it just kept getting worse.
