I went to see this so called Dr Jeffrey P. Lawrence on November 30, 2011 at 9:45am i arrived at his office at 9:20 am i came into the office then had to wait 10 minutes for the recepionist to get to me. Then I filled my paper work out and handed it back to the recepionist. at that point it was around 9:45am. At that point i proceeded to sit back in the chair. At 10:00am I was called back to room 6. it wasnt untill 10:45am that the Dr saw me. he spent a total of maybe 5 minutes with me, he said he was going to take his own X-Rays, I asked him why my 5 toes where numb and had no feeling to them anf if this was associated with an Evulsion Fracture he didnt answer me. so i repeated my question to him again at this point he ruedly said "" I dont know you could have nerve damage."" but he never did any further test just an E-ray which I had already had done. I had to take my 4 yr old son to the bathroom after the X-rays where took so i walked out of the office because Btw there is not any public Bathrooms at this location inside the office you have to go down the hall... I came back into the office and went through the door at the nurses station he was sitting there with the X-rays up. But instead of letting me walk into the Room 6 his stops me and says come here ill show you your X-Rays and So i stopped in the middle of the office in a broad open nurses station which is in the middle of the whole office with other clients comming in and out.. so hippa law went right out the door. and showed me the bone that had broke off. i said okay so are we going to cast it? he said no just keep the boot you have on. which btw was 2 sizes to big and from the ER. You all know how the ER bless their hearts. and then he told me to come back in three wks. So needless to say i never got my answer on my numb toes never got the attention i deserve since we all have to pay our lovely insuarance preimiums, did not get the medical attention i needed and felt like i was being treated like nothing but a dog. he was rude, inconsiderate, an very unprofessional. i would never recommend this facility to anyone. Also further more i have made a follow up appointment with another orthopedic dr to get a second opinion. I will never go back tp this Dr. I have never been treated this badly by a dr in all my life\r
