I would never use Ward's Carpet cleaners again.
They came in with a dirty old machine that was duct taped together smelled like mildew. He cleaned one room and went to the second. I asked him to redo some areas, he did. They were still dirty. I told him to stop if he could not get them any cleaner. Charged me their minimum and left me with dirty wet carpets. I did pay another company to come in the next day. They have no problem getting the dirt out that Ward's could not... Imagine that. Sorry you just lost one more customer...
