I purchased a GM12-AUX from them to add an AUX port to my 2004 Impala. I am by no means a sound/stereo specialist, so I called the number listed on their site and was helped by a gentleman named Dwayne. He was very insightful and was able to help me find the part I needed. I ordered it on their site, it shipped next day, and I had it in 5 days. I forgot to mention that I live in Pennsylvania.
