They tried to charge me $49.50 for a prescription that I normally get at no charge at Walgreens (who was out-of-stock last night). I told the people at Trinity that I exceeded my out-of-pocket maximum and, for the remainder of the year, I have no out-of-pocket costs for prescriptions. They still would not fill the prescription unless I paid $49.50, which is ungodly high for this medication. This practice is against the law (if a pharmacy accepts an insurance plan, they must honor their prices).
