I called the salon on a Saturday and was able to get an appointment that day! I had decided to cut the permed part of my hair off and go with growing out the natural part. When I got to the salon, it was bright and there was nice music playing in the background. It wasn't overpowering so that you could read or think and bop your head at the same time :). I was offered something to drink (choose water). I received a consultation from Giselle and recommendations on how to live with my natural hair. I was able to ask questions and she was very knowledgeable on how to what to do to daily manager my hair. She made my transition very easy; I love my hair in its natural state!
