I too will never stay at this place again! We stayed Oct 28, 2011 and our car was hit by another SUV or PU truck during the night in the parking lot due to the height of the damage to our car. Our insurance company and I have requested a copy of the security camera tape to try and determine who did the ""hit and run,"" but nobody will return phone calls or even an email. The desk clerk gave us a copy of the guest vehicle license plates and showed us that a working camera was positioned just above our parking spot so determining who did it should be very simple. Buit the owner does not seem to care about repeat business. Will not return our or the insurance company's phone calls and will not respond to my email request for his help.
