Cover clothes were brought in to minimize any dirt/scratches to the floor. The service man explained everything patiently and thoroughly. He was patient with answering all my questions, was courteous, and took before and after pictures which he went over before leaving.
When I first scheduled the job, it was about 4 weeks out and I was offered the option to be on a push-forward list in case there was a cancellation by someone else whose slot I would like to take. That didnt happen though I appreciated the option to elect it.
Overall great job and the air feels much cleaner in our home.
