One thing is certain, John knows bugs, and bugs know to stay away from his customers. We've had service with Sours Pest Control for the last 3 years and we have never had any issues that couldn't be handled with a quick phone call. We've never noticed any live bugs in our house and John has always been on the spot with solutions to any other problems..... Great company.
