3 + months in apt - lived with open insulation in bath, mold in closet, pool closed after owner had been warned but not repaired items in question, dumpster removed from property twice. Had to clean filthy apt when I moved in, removed carpet and prepped for replacement due to prev. tenants' cat urine, left it clean and almost 2 months later still waiting for my deposit to be returned. Think twice, rent elsewhere once.
