I had never considered a VW before recently. After visiting the website and being impressed by safety ratings, the visual appeal of the 2012 Jetta and offers such as the Sign and Drive event and Carefree Maintenance programs, I made the trip to Hewlett VW with my husband. I am a hard sell, and hard to impress but I ended up buying a new car that day. The level of service provided by Rick Roberts exceeded my expectations and I felt very comfortable during the entire buying experience.
