I almost wanted to cry when I heard that my Mazda 3 was hit from behind. Not only because it was in near-mint condition but also because I've had to deal with insurance-based repairs in the past. We have Geico, but the person at fault had State Farm. Because I am new to the state, I wanted to get the repairs done through the Mazda Dealership (Rick Case). They don't have a in house body shop so they sent out the work to Classic Collision in Alpharetta. The gentleman that was working on our case was Jeff Boyd. I cannot believe how quick and painless he made the entire process! The vehicle had been there just over a week and Jeff from CC contacted me almost every other day to give a heads up on what was going on. The facility was not typical of a body shop (metal chairs surrounding a 13"" TV with year old magazines and a coffee machine). The lobby reminds me more of a doctor's office. We sat for about 5 minutes while our vehicle was getting cleaned and waxed. The staff was very attentive. more
