We had our bonus room TV 'die' on us. It is a Mitsubishi 73"" DLP. We called several places for repairs. Gabe's was the cheapest and easiest to deal with. They had the same problem with other Mitsubishi's, the control board. Gage's (without making a home visit) said let me order the part and if it is not the part, you will not be charged. They ordered the part. The part was back ordered from Mitsubishi and there was a delay from the manufactory. (About 3 weeks.) However, when Gabe's received the part, they called that day and came the next morning.
