I have been a Buick owner for years, but the reason I keep my business at Bill Smith is because of its service department. Buying a car is an infrequent activity, but servicing a car is a frequent - and frequently frustrating - experience. The people here make that service experience as easy and pleasant as possible, however. They guys in the service department are the most experienced, knowledgeable, and friendly service people I have ever known. Bill Smith is the place to go for service in the area.
