One of our solar panel inverters blew. Jeff came over to check it out, removed the failed unit, dealt with the Austrian manufacturer, and installed the replacement. While on-site, he noticed significant problems with some of the panels, and worked a hard process with that manufacturer to get warranty replacements. From our point of view, the whole process was painless and very effective.
