DO NOT USE -- OVERCHARGES!!!!! When they came out to see what the problem was, they would not tell me what part needed to be replaced. After the washer was fixed I looked up the part on the internet. I found out that the part cost $100.00. They charged me a total of 423.47. Over $300.00 for service call and labor? It did not even take a hour to fix. When I called the office to work out the problem they stated that the part cost them $300.00 and service call and labor was $123.47. Unbelievable I stated I wanted the part removed and I will replace the part myself. They then stated that it would cost me $250.00 for another service call, labor and restocking fees. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!
