Upon checking for a rental and answering questions there was no mention of any costs during this process. The contract was presented for signatures and card was already charged. I inquired about why there was no mention about amounts, the employee said, ""its to late now, and it will take two or more working days to have it put back into your account, depending on your bank."" For a one day compact rental, gas reimbursement, GPS (a tomtom) and no insurance, it costs $106.04. Upon return of the rental we had to come back inside to the desk wait for an attendant. After the card situation, I decided to pay cash for the rental, in which they did not have enough change. I have been to other military towns and this is business does not appreciate their patronage.
