I was being evicted after having to sign-up for SRP after being there for over half a year. Laura the park manager told me I would get my electrical deposit back once I turned in the paperwork showing I had my own SRP account. I did that and they both Rachael and Laura refused to give me my deposit back saying I never paid the dposit. You can't move in without a depoist. I was being evicted over an electric bill that was supposed to come out of my deposit. I was paid until the end of November 2011 and forced to move. Watch out this place will put a lien on your property if you don't pay on time, evict you for complaining about the sewer system or anything they can find. They have refused to pay me my electric deposit back and my two months rent that was prepaid. Keep your receipts for these guys are crooks, unprofessional people in dealing with the public. The facilities are not the best, There are a lot nicer places to live.
