Since my parents have moved into this park, they have been harassed and discriminated against by the management. The manager has her ""favorites"" in the park and it seems as if they do not have to follow the rules like everyone else. When management is confronted about others violating the rules, my parents were dismissed and labeled as complainers. All my parents want to do is be treated fairly and with respect, neither of which you will receive from the management company running this location.
When my parents tried to voice their concerns about the way the property was being managed and about the false accusations that have been alleged against them, they were talked down to, cursed at, and there was no level of professionalism from the individual from the main office that contacted them.
Something needs to be done about the way people are being treated at this location.
