Terrible Experience AFTER Purchase 11/29/2011

My wife and I bought a car from Rands automotive 5 months ago and in that time we've had to: Replace both back tires Install new brakes Install a new battery Replace 4 front lights Fix 1 rear light cover that fell off Repair a noise coming from the engine Fix the back door that stopped opening all the way We called Andy (salesman) to ask if they can help with the repairs and he screamed ""You guys need to own up and take responsibility for the vehicle! It's a used car! You should've saved up for a new car."" I told him that I didn't expect them to pay for all the repairs but that they should insure that the cars they sell are in good working order. He was very rude to my wife and I and we will never shop there again. I'm sure that they have many satisfied buyers but make sure you check out the vehicle or you might get the same experience we had. more
