Andy was a very courteous and friendly plumber. He cleared our drain problem quickly. He took time to explain the problem and the other floor drains that could be effected in the future. He also mentioned the need to flush the drain using the Roto-Rooter cleaner that was provided at our last RR job. Thanks to our Cincinnati RR service !!
