First of all they estimated a week for my repairs which turned into more than 2 weeks. My car sat untouched for a whole week and the reason I know this is because I went back to get something out of it, only to see it in the same spot it was in when I dropped it off. I had a rental for this whole time period when I could have been driving my own car until they were actually going to begin working on it. And they broke my cup holder door and told me it was like that when I brought it there. State Farm recommended, but I will never go there again.
