We brought our dogs for their 1:30 appointment, the salon was very busy but the groomers greeted us and were very friendly. They did not say they were running behind schedule, or we would have rescheduled because one of our dogs is an older rescued dog who is very skittish. When we did not hear from them by 5:00, we headed over there. At 5:30 they were still not finished with one of the dogs, and said it would be 45 more minutes. We took the dogs. They did give us a discount because of the problem, but really, I imagine my dogs sat in a crate for at least 3 hours, and I would have rescheduled with them if I knew they were running behind. I really think if you give people the truth, they will apprecitate it, and if they had done this they would have had my business again.
