The new office staff is terrific very friendly and helpful and Dr. Shangold is too. She always takes time to answer all of my questions. Sometimes I have to wait a while in the waiting room, but I understand that she is probably answering questions for other patients too. She is definitely worth the wait. I would recommend her to everyone.
