At first I was disappointed by a long time in the waiting room, but the wait was well worth it. Dr. Shangold took care of all of my problems and spent a lot of time answering all of my questions and explaining several things I didnt understand. I can understand that her thoroughness and attention to detail sometimes take longer than expected leading to some delays in the office schedule but I am sure every patient is as happy as I am when she is directing her attention to me. I can see why her patients love her.
