The service to my fridge required three visits. The first part replacement did not solve the problem, but LAR work is guaranteed for 90 days. The technician returned promptly to have a another look. Then returned promptly after I called upon return from a weekend away--the fridge compartment was still a bit too warm. He had already ordered the part, came and replaced the thermostat in 7 minutes from in-and-out the door (I received a cell phone call at the same time, so timing it was easy), and now the fridge works perfectly. Very cold.
